Shipping & Returns

What are the delivery charges?
$7.50 -  New Zealand wide. Additional charges for bulky items may apply. NOTE: Delivery to Rural areas may incur additional charges.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
If stock is available at the time of order, expect a delivery within 5 working days. If goods are required to be sourced from our suppliers, expect 5-7 working days for delivery. Dispatches are made Monday through Friday only. PLEASE NOTE: Rural and some residential areas may require an additional day(s) delivery time.

Do you ship to PO Box addresses?
Yes we can. This is only an option if goods ordered are able to fit in an A4 sized delivery bag. Refer to ourShipping page for additional information. How do I track my shipment? Currently our orders are shipped via CourierPost. You can track your order athttp://www.courierpost.co.nz enter your tracking code (provided in your Order Details page).

Can I pick up my order from the store?
Orders cannot be picked up from the store. All orders placed on-line are shipped to the customer.

 I have been sent the incorrect item. What should I do?

Returns and Refunds

Vorb, and our suppliers, are committed to providing quality products and service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase upon receipt, please follow the procedures below to ensure a prompt replacement, credit or refund. In the case of a fault or defect, please ensure you contact Customer Service on (03) , or email sales@id.co.nz before returning the goods.
  1. Return the item(s) to us, ensure it is packed well. Use a Parcel Carrier of your choice.
  2. Complete the returns form enclosed with your packing slip. If you do not have your packing slip, please include a note with your name, address, e-mail address and reason for return.

  4. Please retain a record of your shipment until you have received your replacement, credit or refund
